Paul Bundonis is the Chief Workshop Bear at Build-A-Bear Workshop. Bundonis has been with the company for seven years and is responsible for the store associate and guest experience. Bundonis has over thirty years of experience with brand execution, and nearly half of that has been working with businesses related to children’s products. Prior to his work at Build-A-Bear, Bundonis was President and COO of the start-up company, Olly Shoes, andVice President of Stores for Zany Brainy, a children’s educational toy store chain. Previously, Bundonis held executive positions in store operations, merchandising and marketing with Express, Eddie Bauer and Macy’s, where he supported the start-up of Aéropostale.

Bundonis holds a BS degree in marketing from the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University.Heresides in St. Louis with his wife Nancy and their three teenage children.
