Denver Leadership Experience
The Denver Leadership Experience (DLX) is a 5-day, transformational workshop designed to challenge you to think and perform differently in order to reach your leadership potential. Developed by faculty from the highly-ranked Daniels College of Business, the program delivers timely, relevant and innovative leadership development essentials for our ever-changing, increasingly complex business world.
Developed from our experience with thousands of executives, this 5-day workshop focuses on developing leaders through the lens of the Daniels Leadership Model. Using this model, the program is designed for leaders looking to:

J. Scott McLagan
Scott is a Clinical Professor of Management at the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business. He teaches and consults in the areas of leadership, strategic planning/execution and global business. Prior to joining Daniels, Scott spent over 27 years in industry with senior executive roles with Emerson Electric and Monsanto.
Kevin is the Assistant Dean for Executive Education at the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business. Cuthbert is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in the human capital space. Most recently Cuthbert was the Chief Consulting Officer at Interaction Associates (IA). At IA he was responsible for the quality, growth and development of Interaction Associates’ 50 person Consulting Practice and Talent Network. He is a co-author of “Lemonade, the Leader’s Guide to Resilience at Work.” Cuthbert holds an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago, where he also served on the faculty.
