Beyond diversity -- committed to inclusiveness.
Today's business world is diverse, global and interconnected, and so is the Daniels College of Business.
Diversity challenges assumptions, offers fresh perspectives and teaches us to transcend differences to find solutions. At Daniels, we support diversity by creating an environment of inclusive excellence (IE) through thoughtful culture management and community building activities. In fact, supporting an inclusive community is one of Daniels' seven strategic goals:

Diversity in action
Diversity is not just a buzzword on the Daniels campus. Here you'll find diversity in action in numerous student groups, professional organizations and events.
- Student groups: Participate in a myriad of clubs and organizations focusing on diversity and inclusivity issues.
- DU Alumni Affinity Groups: These groups help to keep alumni with similar academic backgrounds in touch with the University.
- Professional organizations: Extend your network with organizations dedicated to the advancement of diverse business groups.
- Events around diversity: Attend the numerous multicultural events and job fairs Daniels hosts every year.
- DU's international programs: Study abroad with DU's top-ranked undergraduate study abroad programs. Graduate programs are similarly focused on gaining firsthand understanding and appreciation of other cultures.
- DU's Center for Multicultural Excellence: Center staff work with students, faculty, staff and alumni to ensure that the University of Denver remains an exceptional private institution that achieves excellence through diversity.
- DU's Voices of Discovery: The Voices of Discovery Intergroup Dialogue Program brings together small groups of students from diverse backgrounds to share their life and campus experiences related to diversity.
