A business education that expands your mind and your world

Today’s increasingly global business environment has given new meaning to the purpose of a business education. Colleges of business must deliver relevant curricula that equip students to be culturally aware, capable of assessing global issues and able to nimbly manage in a complex and ever-changing world. As one of the first business colleges to establish a graduate-level international business program, Daniels has a long-standing commitment to meeting this challenge.

Making Text Books Accessible Around the World

Dr. Don McCubbrey of the Department of Business Information and Analytics and faculty from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business co-founded the Global Text Project, which provides free OpenDocument-format textbooks to students in developing countries who cannot afford them.

Daniels Global Initiative

To continuously expand and deepen the College’s international presence and offerings, we launched the Daniels Global Initiative. The initiative focuses on cultivating new international business and educational partnerships, enhancing learning and career opportunities for students, and building up our research, faculty exchange and visiting scholar programs. It ensures that the concepts of globalization and sustainable stewardship are embedded into everything we do—inside the classroom and out.
