Verification of Financial Support and Visa Information form

All international applicants must submit the Verification of Financial Support and Visa Information form, which is required by the University of Denver in order for the I-20 paperwork to be issued to accepted candidates. Applicants must verify they have adequate financial support for at least the first year of graduate studies, with the assumption that funding will continue for the duration of the degree program. All sections of this form must be completed and submitted with the Application for Admission. Incomplete forms will delay application processing. Note: U.S. Permanent Residents must provide a photocopy of their Green Card.
